The team at RMW Exteriors come from many different professional backgrounds. Some were in the construction industry as labourers, roofers, and masons, while others came to us from fields outside of the construction industry.
While we are seeking applicants who have experience in some form of construction, it is not a prerequisite — we are willing to train experienced candidates about our business.

Crew Members can choose whether to meet at our shop each morning at 7 a.m. or at 7:30 a.m. at the jobsite.
